How the goth tag works on Chaturbate

Every room has a subject line, and broadcasters drop hashtags into it: #goth, #alt, #tattoo, #pierced, #emo, plus whatever else describes the show. The tag pages collect those rooms live, so /tag/goth is simply every room whose subject says #goth at that minute. Nobody at Chaturbate decides who counts as goth; the performer does.
